Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. By placing an order on Elvepro.se, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into an agreement.

2.2. A binding purchase agreement between Elvepro.se and you as a customer arises only when Elvepro.se has confirmed your order in writing via email to the email address provided by you.

2.3. Elvepro.se reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, incorrect stock status, or technical system errors. In such cases, the customer will be informed without delay.

Pricing and Terms of Payment

3.1. All prices on Elvepro.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT).

3.2. No shipping costs are added, as Elvepro.se offers free shipping on all orders, which is clearly communicated at checkout.

3.3. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered at checkout, which include, but are not limited to, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Visa. All payments are handled through secure and encrypted systems.

Delivery Provisions

4.1. The estimated delivery time is normally 1-3 business days from the time the order confirmation has been issued. Deviations from this timeframe may occur during periods of high demand or in the event of force majeure, of which the customer will be informed.

4.2. Delivery is carried out via PostNord to the specified delivery address or the nearest pickup point.

4.3. In the event of delivery delays, Elvepro.se will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase if the delayed delivery time is not accepted.

4.4. The risk for the item transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedure

5.1. In accordance with the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (Distance Contracts Act), you as a consumer have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you received the product.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Elvepro.se within the specified withdrawal period. Notification is sent via email to Info@elvepro.se.

5.3. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

5.4. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund of the product's purchase price will be made without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date Elvepro.se received the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Right to Complain

6.1. Should a product exhibit defects or faults upon delivery, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act. The right to complain covers defects that existed at the time of delivery and is valid for three (3) years from receipt of the item. A complaint must, however, be reported within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

6.3. Elvepro.se is responsible for return shipping in the event of an approved complaint.

6.4. In the event of an approved complaint, the primary offer will be repair, replacement, or a price reduction. If these measures are not possible or appropriate, the purchase price will be refunded.

Force Majeure

9.1. Elvepro.se cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, pandemic, labor disputes, government decisions, or similar events.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

10.1. In the event of any disputes between Elvepro.se and you as a customer, we always strive to reach a solution through mutual agreement.

10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the dispute may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN), whose decision serves as a recommendation.
